What the lens does not show you are the tears on Li Fa's face. He was so happy and thankful that in uncharacteristic fashion, a small trickle of tears streamed down his face as he talked with us in the recovery room and comforted his beloved daughter. Li Fa's eyes were not the only ones teary, as those of us shared this precious moment with this very kind man.
