Gracias por tener esta pagina! Realmente me hace eanratxr a mi Quito lindo y querido . I really cannot tell you how much I enjoy just looking at the recipes and having my mouth water every time. And now with these pictures I just remember how beautiful Quito is. ( I have lived out of the country for almost 9 years now). But i was wondering if you ever tried conchas asadas . I remember how we used to go to a sea food restaurant by i believe was la plaza de los toros in Quito every saturday and eat the delicious conchas asadas there. And i'm pretty sure we also tried it in several other places. But have you? If you have, do you know how to make it?? They are just soo yummy. Thanks so much, You are truly amazing!
