Mohammed is a 12-year old boy who suffered extensive burns three years ago. He was secretly doing an experiment and hid it from his mom. He was fascinated with matches, so he stuffed several boxes (each box contains 40 matches) of matches in a plastic make-up container and went into the bathroom. He lit a match and threw it in the make-up container. The closed make-up container blew up causing burns on most of this face, chest, arms, hands and feet. The melted plastic from the make-up box and bathroom doorknob showered and stuck to him. He has had eight surgeries involving contracture releases and skin grafts. He enjoys reading books and watching movies about Harrry Potter and English is his favorite subject. He is in the 3rd grade and aspires to be a plastic surgeon. He wants to help other patients like him. He wants to treat the rich and the poor. He plans to use the money from the affluent patients to treat the poor for free.
