Last year Carlos was treated by doctors with Interplast for his cleft lip. He is now 18 months-old, and has returned with his mother to have surgery done on his cleft palate.

de plume:I watched the (OK, not great, let's see how the chreactras develop) premiere of Warehouse 13 (whose promo features an animated Escher staircase that is sure to induce vertigo).From last night, I was going to ask Larue why we lost on the financial stuff. I mean, that giant giveaway that was the Geithener Plan (PPIP, I believe) was such a good deal that.. all the banks turned it down?? And the 700 billion bailout might actually cost (according to the CBO) as much as 169 billion??Wow. At that rate, the Iraq war might turn out at close to Wolfowitz's estimate!
